Garett's Dr Visit

So Garett took a little tumble this afternoon. Ended up with a small cut on the back of his head, but it looked a little deep, so we went to have it checked out. Here are the pitures!

4 Weeks

Already! Little miss Sophie is 4 weeks old already! Just a fun couple of pictures!

 
 

The Pink Bed

Garett has been doing so great sleeping in his big boy bed, that mommy was able to change out the sheets and stuff for Sophie to have her pink bed! So here are a couple of pictures of little Sophie in her pink bed!

 
 

Chauncey

Caleb was the star of the week at school, and at the end of the week he got to bring home Chauncey the Chimp to spend the weekend with him. He is supposed to write about what he does with Chauncey this weekend. Well, Caleb brought him home, and Garett promptly adopted him!

 
 
 

Garett and Sophie

Garett has learned from Caleb and Tyler how to be a pretty good big brother. He and Sophie were hanging out this evening- check it out!
 
 
 

Still Building

Caleb really loves his blocks. Today he worked really hard on an airplane. He does a great job and it keeps him busy for a while!

 
 

Sophie tried out her swing for the first time tonight. The biggest challenge is getting her big brother, Garett to leave her alone! He keeps trying to "help"

 
 

Creating

We got some new blocks over the weekend to keep us occupied when mommy has to do things like feed Sophie or give baths or whatever it is mommies do!

Caleb is great at building! He is so proud of his "monorail fixing thing in outer space" aka as an airplane. He did this all by himself with no help at all!
 
 

Tyler likes to big the biggest building. "All the way up taller than me" he says!
 

Garett is starting to really get into books, and everyone is happy that fall is here (for the time being, anyway)!
 

The New "Normal"

Like we know what "normal" is around here! We have had such a busy last month and a half that we just hung out at home today. Mommy did laundry (never ending piles) and Caleb and Tyler got to play trains and Garett made a nice mess in the living room. Sophie took some good naps and even hung out with her big brothers for a little while. She was hanging out in her bouncer and started to cry and Caleb and Tyler started singing to her and she calmed down! What good big brothers she has! We finished the day with a picnic dinner and movie- Tyler got to choose tonight and his current favorite is Pete's Dragon.

Saying Goodbye Again

Daddy has taken off again, so we're back to blogging again! Hopefully back to daily blogging, but we'll have to see! Before Daddy took off, we got some family pictures taken by a great friend. Hope you enjoy!

Welcome Sophie Grace!

Sophie Grace was born September 19, 2009 at 7:50pm! She weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Her big brothers are very excited that she is finally here!!
