Lots of stuff

Today was a very busy day! Caleb had school and Tyler went with mommy and Aunt Katie to run errands before picking him up. After naps we played a lot and then ran out to Target really fast. Caleb watched Little Einsteins (aka Rocket) while mommy and Aunt Katie made dinner. Tyler preferred to play with the new pumpkin towels that mommy got the other day. We have some pictures to share, but they aren't uploading at the moment, so they'll have to wait.

Another good nap day

We had another good nap today. So to burn off that energy, we played at Lynnhaven mall! Lilly and Jack were there also, so we both had someone to play with. When we got home we got straight into the bath and while we were taking our bath, Aunt Katie got here! So we got to play a little more and then off to bed. Tomorrow is another busy day!

Catch a tiger by the tail

It was a pretty good day today. Caleb had a nice day at school. This week they are doing the letter "b" and the color blue. After getting ready for bed we did a little bit of wrestling (which is almost a daily occurance).

Cleaning up

We had a lot of fun this evening at Moe's having dinner and then playing for a while. The only problem is that it was still pretty hot and humid, so we were pretty stinky by the time we got home. So it was straight into the tub for us!

Working and playing

Today was a lot of fun. Grandpa and Grandma were here when we woke up this morning. We got to hang out and play and Caleb got to help out with some yard work. After the work was done outside (and after we'd taken our naps), we took them over to see us playing on the big hotdog. It was a very busy day and we had a lot of fun!

On the go

So, mommy can't keep us out of our new car! This morning we did a little shopping and this afternoon we went to play and then to dinner with Lilly and Colby. It was a nice day- we were on the go, but it was a quick day!

Our surprise

Our surprise was for the whole family. Which really had Caleb confused- he kept asking for his surprise. Mommy had to explain it was a surprise for everyone! Anyway, here it is:

Busy day!

Caleb had another great day at preschool today. He's doing really well and seems to have a great time! Tyler got to hang out with mommy this morning, so not a bad morning for either of us! We were both pretty tired and took great naps this afternoon. Which was good because we ended up hanging out with Lilly and Colby this evening, so we needed our energy! Mommy had an errand to do, which involved a surprise, so we got to hang out and have dinner with friends.

A quieter day

We took it easy this afternoon. Since neither of us took long naps, we just hung out at the house. Mommy is nice enough to tape a few of our favorite shows that we miss in the mornings, so we got to watch those. Nothing too exciting happened today- just the normal fights over the same toy! Maybe more excitement tomorrow!

A is for Apple

Today in school Caleb learned about the letter A. They made and ate applesauce. Also, their color of the week is red. So, he was pretty proud of his red apple hat! He had a great day at school, and Tyler had fun getting to play with Jack this morning!

A little relaxing

After our very busy weekend, it was nice to take it easy today. We said good-bye to everyone right before naptime and then took really good naps for mommy today. Then we returned a few things that mommy had ordered but decided she didn't want. And of course, topped our night off at Moe's. It was a nice evening, which meant we got to eat outside and then run off some energy!

Lots of stuff

Today we played outside a lot! Caleb helped Aunt Sarah give Leo a bath (an event that was not enjoyed by Leo), which he had a lot of fun with and ended up getting very wet! Tyler was content to watch Grandpa put up the new ceiling fan, but Caleb really wanted to help (or "work" as he calls it). Mommy and Aunt Katie made some peach jam, it smelled really yummy. Nana and Aunt Katie also helped mommy sort through our clothes for the fall, so now we are ready for some cooler weather!

Getting ready for company

This morning we ran some errands. Mommy got a new cable box, so we had to take the old one back. And then stamps and then Target....not a very fun morning, but it got the job done! Caleb was happy to be walking around Target instead of riding in the cart. We walked by the halloween isles and one of the candy bowls made him jump a little (okay, a lot!). It was the one that is a bowl and a hand is in it that is motion-sensored, so if you try to get candy out, the hand reaches down. Since that was a little much for him, we just moved on! After our naps, we waited for Nana, Grandpa, Aunt Sarah and Aunt Katie to get here. Aunt Sarah brought Trab (hermit crab named by Caleb) and Caleb thought it was a surprise for him- he seemed to be happy just to have a visit from Trab though.

Busy again!

Mommy had a meeting this morning, so we got to hang out and play with friends at the church. Caleb got to go outside and play and Tyler was busy walking all around and playing with all of the different toys. After our nap, we went to the mall to run out some more energy and play on the big hotdog. It was a very busy day, so off to bed!

Caleb had a really great day at preschool today. His class visited the kitchen, and since he loves cooking- he had a blast! Tyler got to hang out and run errands with mommy- his favorite part was lunch. We got some good pictures at home this afternoon while waiting for the cable guy to get here:

At the park

This afternoon it was so nice we went to the park. It was sunny and warm, but the breeze made it nice and comfortable. Tyler sat in the swings forever before walking around and checking out the other toys. Caleb played in the sand a lot (weird because he doesn't usually like to get dirty), but also ended up running around and having a lot of fun.

Thank goodness for washable paint

Caleb had a great time at preschool today! They husked corn and then painted with the ears of corn. They obviously used orange paint and he really got into it!

Hanging out at Moe's

This evening we had our weekly meals at Moe's. It was a really nice night and we got to eat outside and then the kiddos got to run off their energy for a little while. Strangly enough, one of their favorite things to do is to hang out under one of the tables!

Little Monkeys

That is what we were today! This morning we went to story time and the off to play. Climbing, jumping, running- we did it all!





Then after naps we went to the Jumping Monkey. We ran all around here too and played with a bunch of toys. It was a really great day!

Running errands

Yep, that was our day! We did some errands this morning and then hung out with a couple of friends this evening. All in all it was a pretty easy day!
