Staying at the "Raleigh House"

Saturday night we stayed in Raleigh. Aunt Sarah came over to visit with us for a little bit. Tyler is quite the squirmer when changing his diaper or clothes, so we decided to give her a chance at it. Tyler actually cooperated very well for her. Then Tyler and Caleb decided to wrestle in the room.

Who needs a cup?

Caleb decided that he would water some plants this evening. After doing that for a few minutes, he decided that it would be much more fun to drink the water!

Playing around

Today we got to play with Evan and Josiah! We had a very fun morning just playing around and then we had lunch at Chick-Fil-A. It was a very nice morning. Then we went over to our Grandpa and Grandma's house to have dinner and got to play outside there too. Caleb helped water the plants, which he really enjoyed. Then he played a little soccer. It was a fun evening!

Driving to NC

Today we drove down to Asheboro. It wasn't a bad drive, we were pretty good the whole way. Mommy let us watch a couple of movies. We got to help our Grandpa celebrate his birthday. Caleb got to stay up and have cake and ice cream, but Tyler was too tired to stay up. Since we aren't at home, mommy said she'd add the pictures later on, so look for those sometime early next week!

Vacuuming and Cheering

Caleb likes to help mommy vacuum with his lawnmower.



After all that hard work, he had to lay down and rest.

Racing

Today's big activity: race down the hallway! It wasn't a long race and Caleb started off with a big lead!

Flashlights and Funny Faces

Caleb got a new flashlight while we were out today.





He also took some time to sit in Tyler’s car seat this morning.

New Shoes

Tyler got some new shoes today! They are blue and green and he seems to really like them!





Caleb still likes to snuggle when he first gets up from his nap.



But here's a nice smile for daddy!

Picnic Dinner

This evening we had some friends over for dinner. We had a picnic with Lilly and Colby in the living room.





Tyler didn't think he got enough to eat, so he decided to chew on anything he could find- he did get those top two teeth in by the way.



All that playing wore Caleb out!

Tubtime

We had a busy day today. Mommy had a class and papers to fill out for the new baby, so we got to stay at the child center at the hospital while she did that. Much better than sitting around waiting on her!

We had a great time in our bath tonight! Of course we'd rather play with our washclothes than use them to get clean though!

Henry

Caleb insisted that if he was going to have his picture taken today, Henry was going to have his picture taken too.



Everyone who misses daddy, raise your hands!



And who doesn't enjoy rolling around on the floor- and getting attacked by their little brother?



Tyler has decided that he now likes the fruit puffs. Gives him a little variety from the cheerios! And yes, soon I'll wash that highchair cover!

Pools and Pancakes

Tyler tried to wake mommy up this morning at 1 am. Most likely something to do with those top two teeth that are coming in any time now. Since he failed at keeping her up, Caleb tried again at 4:45 am. That was silly of him, mommy just put him back to bed because it was still dark outside. After we finally got up and moving for the day, Lilly came over to play for a little while. We got to go swimming in the backyard!




For dinner mommy made pancakes. They weren't as good as daddy's, but Caleb had no problem eating his fair share of them!

Happy Father's Day, daddy! For father's day, we decided to send you some silly faces:

Tyler has a nice bump from hitting his head on the door frame this morning.
